In case of refunding the amount, we will only total refund it as a store credit.

In Case the customer wants a refund back to the original payment(in special cases), There will be a 5% fee applied before the transaction. e.g. $100 paid via credit card, in case of refund to the original payment, after deduction of 5% fee, the customer receives $95 to their account.

  • Exchanging purchased product with a better quality product 
  • Exchanging purchased products for different or better product
  • Change of mind
  • Gift purchase but the person whom gift given does not like that product.

(100% refund or exchange without any charges except the difference of price)

  • Exchanging purchased product with a better quality product

Unacceptable criteria for zero refund or exchange:

  • Any same product 3 or more quantity
  • Any Bulk return of 3 or more quantity

Immediately Unacceptable Return of Products:

  • Any storage devices like memory cards etc
  • Any used headphones or devices which physically seen touched and worn for using
  • Product what we order and took advance payment before placing an order to a third party on request
  • Product without receipt 
  • Physical damage products
  • Water damage products
  • Manipulated products
  • uncleaned products

How to Return Products:

  • Email us at info@WholesaleProductsPro.com with the order number, reason for return, and product detail.
  • After confirmation, send return products via mail to Our Physical Address in Canada (only use tracked services)
  • After inspection, we will immediately process your refund or exchange (Processing time 3 to 15 working days)
  • The refund amount will be back to the original payment of the method and the buyer
  • Refund via etransfer, there is a $1.5 Cad fee applied before returning the amount.
